How Do I Make This Os Max 10 Rc Plane Engine Run?Filed Under: RC Plane Quiz
Hello everyone, I have a OS MAX 10 RC airplane engine. I want to control is in good working conditions, but I have no idea how? How do I turn on the engine? Connections special fuel? Then I need some kind of fuel pump? Glow Starters Them? In what order do I turn the engine? Recommendations would be appreciated,

u need fuel, a fuel tank, glow plug, and a glow plug igniter. u can get all of this at a local hobby shop or online. if u take the engine to a shop with u they could probably tell u if its any good or not. if u want to test it anyway and have all the stuff, look up rc fuel tanks and see what they look like. the overflow line conects to the muffler, and the other line, the fuel line, connects to the air regulator. once u have it fueled up open the throttle and put ur finger over the carb and turn the prop a couple of times u should see fuel run into the carb. once there is fuel in the carb put the throttle back down but not all the way closed the put the glow plug ignitor on the glow plug located on the top of the engine. DO NOT put the ignitor on before u prime the engine it can turn over and cut ur finger off. once the ignitor is on use either an electric starter or a start stick NOT your hand (again u will lose a finger) and turn the engine over counterclockwise. if it doesnt start try again. if that doesnt work take it too the hobby shop. hope that helps some.
